.Lagos This commercial hub has a 36.08 per cent of crime rate

.Abuja With the influx of every Dick and Harry into the Federal capital territory, it is not surprising that Abuja has the second place on this list with 10.48 per cent.

.Delta: This oil producing region is ravaged by kidnapping and armed robbery due in part to the oil and in part with the fact that the federal government has ignored despite the wealth accrued from this region its crime rate is at 6.25 per cent.

.Kano: The Northern commercial hub: not surprising where there is money there is bound to be crime.

.Plateau: The plateau is a number five on this list leaving it at an average point.

.Ondo: This coastal state also makes the list.

.Oyo: Use of human parts for rituals is rampant in this region. As a traveler you don't want your car to break down here at night trust me.
